In this CHIZAI (IP) seminar, we will welcome Takuya Izumi—who was involved in drafting AI Governance Guidelines at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in Japan and now practices as a Japanese patent attorney—to share his experiences in both government and private practice. We will then continue the discussion with Dr. Christian E. Mammen of Womble Bond Dickinson, who is well-versed in the legal and ethical implications of AI.
