Ben is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Ben’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising, formation/restructuring of businesses and general corporate matters.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ben worked as a certified public accountant (CPA) at a public accounting firm, where he consulted for corporations, partnerships, nonprofit organizations and high net worth individuals to ensure tax compliance and to identify, research and implement tax planning strategies. Ben’s experience as a CPA gives him a unique perspective when assisting clients with corporate and tax matters.
