Nicholas Day is a finance attorney with experience counseling commercial lenders, insurance companies and other direct lenders in a wide variety of transactions. Nicholas' experience ranges from syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans and construction lending covering a variety project development work nationwide, including affordable housing complexes, agricultural facilities and infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas practiced at a large national law firm and interned as a clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
Nicholas received his bachelor's of business administration from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business before receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, Nicholas was a contributing editor for the Iowa Law Review and participated in multiple sports arbitration competitions.
